At DSEi, MKU is set to launch its latest and indigenously developed advanced range of Night Vision Devices (NVD’s) based on Image Intensifier Technology, for defence, paramilitary and other applications.
MKU India’s leading manufacturer and supplier of protective equipment for armed forces, paramilitary forces and police worldwide. Recently MKU has added new range of surveillance equipment (NVD’s) in its product portfolio. MKU has setup a manufacturing and testing facility for Image Intensifier based night vision equipment.
MKU will manufacture state of art night vision equipment which include night vision goggles of three types- Monocular, Binoculars (Single Tube), and Binoculars (Twin Tube, for 3D vision at night). Additional magnifier lenses can be strapped on to monocular and binoculars to convert them into hand held/tripod launched surveillance device.
In addition to above MKU will also manufacture Night Sights which can be attached to carbines, assault rifles, sniper rifles, and machine guns to provide accurate aimed fire capability in dark star light conditions to soldiers. This will enhance the capability of security forces in a regular war as well as anti terrorist operations especially during war as it enables night fighters to see, maneuver and shoot at night or during period of reduced visibility.
